Prices are flat per room/time slot — not per person. Every reservation includes your choice of a guided wine flight or a mocktail flight; mocktail reservations are for groups where no one will be drinking alcohol.
Please note: we do not offer food pairings at this time.

Wellys Wines & Liquors — Tasting Room Participation Agreement
Mocktail (non-alcoholic) tastings are open to guests of any age. Any guest who will be tasting wine, spirits, or other alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years of age and will present valid, government-issued photo identification upon request. I understand that Wellys Wines & Liquors reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who cannot provide valid ID or who appears intoxicated.
I understand that tastings involve the consumption of alcoholic beverages and that alcohol affects individuals differently. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in a tasting, including but not limited to intoxication, allergic reaction, illness, injury, or impairment, and any consequences that may result, including impaired judgment or the decision to operate a vehicle. I acknowledge I am responsible for arranging safe transportation home.
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, I release, waive, and discharge Wellys Wines & Liquors, its owner, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, or injury — including death — that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to my property, while participating in a tasting or while on the premises, except where such loss or injury is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Wellys Wines & Liquors.
I understand and agree that all deposits and payments are final and non-refundable, including in the case of late arrival, early departure, no-show, or cancellation for any reason. Tastings may not be exchanged for cash. Any exception to this policy, including whether to issue a refund or credit, is granted solely at the discretion of the owner of Wellys Wines & Liquors and is not guaranteed. If Wellys Wines & Liquors must cancel a tasting (e.g., due to weather, licensing, or an emergency), I understand I will be offered a reschedule; refunds beyond that remain at the owner's discretion.
I understand that staff are trained to serve responsibly in accordance with New York State Liquor Authority guidelines and may limit or discontinue service at their sole discretion at any time, without refund.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
